Custom short Link submission via Bing Webmaster Tools
To use the URL submission feature, Visit the Bing webmaster tool click URL Submission from the left menu, copy your custom short links, paste them one per line, and then click Submit. The URLs are immediately indexed for search, and if quality criteria are met, the content appears in Bing search results. This is very useful for quickly indexing important content.
In the Submit URL feature, you can see the number of submissions allowed per day and the quota remaining for the day for your site. The URLs submitted page displays the most recent 1000 URLs submitted by webmasters.
