Simply follow the instructions below:

1- Create an account with Showrtner, and log into your dashboard.

2- Copy the link that you want to change its image thumbnail and paste it into the URL shortener field. 

3- Click the Customize button.

4- Select meta tags from the drop-down menu.

5- Under the custom banner click choose file to upload your image.
