Fixed: All open and closed tags are selected in visual studio PHP editor

If your Visual Studio PHP text editor highlights all matching open and closed tags that is because there is a missing PHP extension. The name of the extension is PHP intelephence

 

How to install the extension?

Click the extension icon from the left list and search for this extension, Click install and you are good to go.

 

After installing this extension you should see that only one open and closed tag is highlighted.
